The Property
Overlooking the sparkling sea, our resort is tucked among the forests of Türkiye’s Aegean coast. Spread across several chic buildings, our resort comprises elegant suites and villas, a full-service spa, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, jetties, Beach Club, and Signature Restaurant. Uphold our world class stature by managing our 4 F&B outlets, which include 1 bar and 3 restaurants as well as our stunning amenities such as our 70 guest rooms, our stunning pools as well as our fitness suite & Spa.

The Role
This exciting General Manager position will be responsible for managing the hotel and Hotel Management team, and deliver hotel targets for excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners’ expectations.  

\n

What will you be doing?

\n

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nManage and lead the hotel operation\nManage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue, guest satisfaction and Team Member engagement goals are met and exceeded\nLead in all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment\nEnsure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and Hilton\nDeliver achievable hotel budgets, and set other short- and long- term strategic goals for the property\nProvide exceptional leadership to hotel Team Members focusing on Hilton culture and values\nLead in all aspects of business planning\nComply with and exceed Hilton Brand Service Standards\nEnsure costs are controlled\nManage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within Hilton\nHold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team\nRespond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial and Operations, guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have current or previous experience as a General Manager within a similar quality hotel and ideally with hotel openings experience.

\n

A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

\n\nAn Established GM with experience operating in the luxury segment with Resorts background preferred.\nExperience operating in the Bodrum market is an advantage/preferred.\nStrong ability to collaborate and foster networks and relationships, with owners, contractors, groups and Tour Operators – must be highly visible. \nDeliver innovative commercial opportunities with experience in increasing profitability especially in the Groups and tour operator business. Proven experience in delivering commercial success and delivering KPI’s as well as managing costs.\nExceptional people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey and instill in the Hilton culture and values\nExceptional stakeholder/owner relations experience\nAbility to show resilience, judgement and leadership\nExperience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property\nIn-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector\nDegree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent\nEnglish language is mandatory with a preference for Turkish language. \n\n
