Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.Cultivate positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Develop budgets and marketing strategies to boost hotel revenues and occupancy while maintaining high service standards.Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to staff to foster a culture of excellence in service delivery.Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and execute necessary adjustments.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as company policies.Collaborate with various departments to elevate the overall guest experience.Compensation:
