We are seeking a service-oriented, passionate, and experienced Hilton General Manager at our up and coming Home2. The General Manager will lead all aspects of our Hotel's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, maximizing profitability, manage staff performance, and maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and commitment to hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and salesEnsure high standard of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service, handling complaints, and implementing service improvement initiativesLead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a productive and positive work environmentExecute strategic plans to drive occupancy, RevPAR, ADR & overall profitabilityManage annual budget and control expensesBuild strong relationships with guests, vendors, local community, and corporate partnersMonitor property condition and ensure timely maintenance.Recruit, Hire, and retain top talent while ensuring proper staffing levels across all departmentsWork Experience
