General Manager France – Tourism & Events

As part of an ambitious development strategy, we are recruiting a General Manager to oversee operations in France. You will be responsible for overall performance (P&L), managing a team of approximately 70 people, and implementing strategic direction in an international context.

🔍 Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the development strategy for France (Leisure & MICE) Oversee local teams (reservations, operations, procurement, customer service, direct sales, MICE) Ensure operational excellence and high service quality Enhance relationships with partners: hotels, agencies, suppliers, tourism institutions Develop a competitive and innovative product offering aligned with market trends Ensure business profitability and compliance with ethical and financial standards Manage, motivate and grow internal talent 🎯 Ideal Profile: 15+ years of experience in the tourism or events sector, including 5 to 7 years in a senior management role In-depth knowledge of the French travel market and key industry players Excellent communication skills in English (professional level) Strong leadership, results-driven, comfortable in a multicultural environment Experienced in transformation, change management and process optimization Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) 🌍 Why Join Us?
