Responsibilities Executive Assistant to General Manager Managing GM’s diary and organising meetings and appointments Coordinating calendars with other Leadership Team members Liaising and cooperating with fellow assistants across Europe Organizing travel and hospitality Organizing corporate events Preparing executive level correspondence in English and Serbian Preparing, proof-reading and formatting documents and presentations Facility Management Duties Supervising the team of HQ Office Assistants and their responsibilities Implementing and monitoring administrative processes and procedures Procuring supplies for HQ and monitoring costs Making sure the HQ runs smoothly Acting as a point of contact for the facility management company Supervising cleaning and maintenance vendors Participating in projects with functions such as Controlling, HR, Legal, H&S, Purchasing Proactively seeking administrative improvements and excellence Qualifications A university degree holder A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles Fluent in English Strong writing and editing skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Strong ability to problem solving in a high-paced & dynamic business environment Meticulous & detail oriented
