ResponsibilitiesTo lead and manage a team supporting the North India Region for all aspects of identified DSC strategic accounts. This role is focused on driving the continued growth of strategic accounts through new business acquisitions and developing new business opportunities. The incumbent will ensure DSC complies with legal requirements for its operations and deliver significant change management solutions.
\n\nLead and manage the team to support strategic accounts in the North India Region.\nDrive growth through new business acquisitions and development of new business opportunities.\nAssess, clarify, and validate customer needs regularly.\nEnsure compliance with legal requirements.\nCoordinate regular interaction between DSC internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.\nInvestigate and review key customers' supply chain needs and identify value opportunities.\nAchieve agreed KPIs and drive net growth by winning additional and retaining existing business.\nBuild extensive networks within customer organizations and demonstrate delivered value.\nPrepare regular regional and ad-hoc reports for strategic accounts.\nMonitor operational performance and manage customer satisfaction.\nManage customer contract negotiations.\nEnsure on-time billing and DSO management.\nMeasure and manage performance of all functional partners for customers against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPIs).\nRequirementsMinimum 8-10 years of experience within Logistics/3PL and/or supply chain with significant focus on customer management and new business acquisitions. International business exposure and cross-cultural experience are preferred.
\nQualification: Postgraduate from a recognized institution in supply chain or logistics.
