Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a GM/Chef Manager to join our team at one of our high-profile accounts in Manassas VA!  The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafe that services breakfast and Lunch with a simply to go, Catering Operations and Office Coffee Services with a MV of just over 590K.  The GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 on site and the Chef for the location. 

 

Target Salary is 75K plus Bonus

Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do

The GM/Chef Manager will manage the Client Relationship, the Budget/Finances, in addition, the GM/Chef Manager is also the Chef for the business and will be responsible for Menu Planning, Ordering, Inventory, hands on cooking about 50% of the time, Catering Production, leading and developing a team of 5 Hourly Employees. Safety/sanitation and Ensuring quality and presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years         
Minimum Functional Experience  - 2 years
