Ensuring the mission, goals, strategies, and plans of the Company are clearly defined and adhered toTo ensure accurate Budgeting, forecasting, and Revenue Management activitiesTo set the annual budget and deliver the revenue and GOP targets of the property.Driving and identifying strategic initiatives in CRM, Hotel Marketing, and other core processesDriving the development of the brand, hotel offers, and the company value proposition.Managing the overall hotel portfolio and maintaining good relationships with suppliersOverseeing the approval of all CAPEX projectsSupporting the Regional Office on strategic business development and related key corporate planningDriving strategic projectsHotel Management & Operations: Provide operational excellence and talent management
