The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. The Hotel General Manager position at PMG Hospitality involves directing all hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining financial viability. This role requires strong leadership, sales & marketing expertise, and a focus on both individual and team performance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, monitoring hotel performance, and ensuring the hotel meets all financial obligations. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Financial Management: Managing the hotel's budget, revenue generation, and ensuring profitability. Sales & Marketing: Developing and executing sales strategies, working with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to increase revenue and occupancy. Guest Relations: Ensuring exceptional guest service and addressing any guest concerns. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business and financial plans for the hotel, monitoring performance, and making adjustments as needed. Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Marriott Experience Required. Minimum of five years of experience in a related management position, ideally within the hotel industry. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, sales, and financial management skills. Above Market Salary range with bonus potential.
