Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base plus annual bonus potential (total compensation range: $130,000–$150,000+ depending on performance and experience)

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations of the dental center, ensuring clinical and business excellenceOversee patient experience and workflow from consultation through treatmentManage and support a multidisciplinary team of doctors, clinicians, and staffImplement and drive business strategies to meet performance and financial goalsEnsure compliance with operational standards, policies, and regulatory guidelinesAnalyze data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvementPartner with the doctor to ensure high-quality patient care and service deliveryManage center financials including budgets, forecasts, and P&L oversightChampion a positive, inclusive, and accountable team cultureSupport ongoing staff training and development to drive success

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitalityProven success in leading teams and driving financial resultsStrong business acumen, including P&L management and strategic planningAbility to coach and motivate high-performing teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentBachelor's degree preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
