Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, delivering clear performance feedback to maximize productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness
Drive achievement of company performance targets, including critical KPIs such as Labor to Revenue (LTR), truck turn times, and exemplary customer service levels
Analyze warehouse operations and costs continuously to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence
Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives, including new account planning, prospecting, sales calls, rate development, contract negotiations, and closing deals
Champion exceptional customer service and cultivate strong client relationships to enhance facility reputation and customer satisfaction
Oversee budget management, capital expenditures, material handling equipment, and space utilization to consistently meet corporate financial goals
Lead and support initiatives ensuring optimal receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of food products, surpassing Lineage’s rigorous safety and food quality standards as well as employee health and safety requirements
