**Key Responsibilities**
+ Train, monitor, and enforce food safety procedures with management and crew.
+ Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and government regulations; take corrective action as needed.
+ Foster a strong people-first culture by implementing and supporting Human Resources programs and policies.
+ Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
+ Recruit, develop, recognize, and retain management and crew using established systems.
+ Promote and reinforce company core values.
+ Conduct timely and constructive performance reviews for management and crew.
+ Collaborate with HR staff to resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace environment.
+ Drive achievement of sales goals by executing local and company-led marketing initiatives.
+ Analyze and respond to sales trends to maximize revenue.
+ Ensure smooth execution of new product rollouts and operational updates.
+ Control operating costs, including food, labor, and paper expenses, to meet or exceed profit goals.
+ Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
+ Develop team members for future roles and promotional opportunities.
+ Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
+ Work with area leadership to set and execute store priorities and business plans.
+ Evaluate store performance through regular assessments and implement improvement plans.
+ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate key objectives and updates.
+ Ensure adherence to all company operational policies and procedures.
+ Protect brand integrity and store assets through policy compliance.
+ Stay current on and enforce compliance with all employment and labor laws.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
+ Proficiency in restaurant operating systems and procedures
+ Understanding of financial metrics including P&L analysis
+ Strong supervisory and leadership skills
+ Experience with planning, budgeting, and goal setting
+ Effective interviewing, hiring, training, and development practices
+ Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
+ Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
