Why Wendy's General Managers provide the vision and leadership to all Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Crew to ensure that each customer’s expectations are exceeded and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day. As a General Manager, you will be overseeing operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant, you will develop and mentor your team - and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers - by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals.

Bonus ProgramSick TimeVacation TimeFree Meal ProgramUniforms ProvidedFlexible Schedules What we expect from you Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GEDRestaurant management experience preferredPrevious management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountabilityAbility to manage labor and food costsCreate a customer-first culture and coach employeesAbility to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidaysExcellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc. as neededPhysical Elements: Ability to stand for long periods, Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25-50 lbs.)Experience:
Quick service & fast food restaurant: 3 years (Preferred)AGM / GM management: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:
