Job Description The role of the General Manager (GM) is to meet customer expectations with high quality and on-time delivery (OTD) performance while delivering on Profit and Loss (P&L) expectations for their assigned site. The GM maintains and improves overall business operations to achieve organizational goals and profitability, combined with the companys marketability and competitiveness in the industry. With creativity and confidence in leadership, this position will train, support, and develop key personnel to maximize potential and ensure quality performance within the organizational location.
