This is not a remote role. This role will work out of a location or city in the Gulf Coast market area (e.g., New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Jackson, Birmingham, Montgomery, etc.) supporting our Gulf Coast branch locations.

The General Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing Badger’s operational business in the assigned region. This position is accountable for developing and executing a one-year business plan with a view of safe operations, excellent customer service, employee retention, enhance financial performance and growth of the business. 

The salary for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.
