Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 5 - Food to lead daily operations for our food team at Christiana - Wilmington, located in Wilmington, DE . ChristianaCare is one of the country’s most dynamic health care organizations, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible and lowering health care costs.  ChristianaCare comprises three hospitals — with more than 1,200 beds — as well as outpatient and other services throughout northern Delaware and the surrounding area.  Wilmington Hospital is a 300 bed hospital which include a cafeteria which has a planned renovation and catering services.  This position will be supported with 5 managers.

What You Bring has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;has General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environmenthas experience managing in an union environmenthas outstanding client relationship skills and strong financial acumen.has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; andcan demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
