Sodexo Seniors is seeking a General Manager 1 - Multi-Service for new business in the Anaheim, CA area. The General Manager of MultiService will oversee culinary and dining operations, as well as environmental services.
What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day dining operations, as well as EVS-custodial services target to exceed resident and customer satisfaction; collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience;ensure food quality and presentation;provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff;perform management functions that include employee development. What You Bring prior food service management skills at General Manager/Director level, preferably in health care food service environment; andprior environmental services experience is helpful;a strong financial acumen and budget management experience; andexcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
