Responsibilities\nLead and manage the transport team, ensuring high performance and meeting KPI and service delivery levels, driving overall Singapore Transport agenda in line with Cluster & Regional strategy.\nOversee the planning, execution and smooth running of transport fleet operations, ensure all operational requirements are delivered to target, including time, costs and quality.\nGrow transport business and successfully implement projects timely and within budget.\nOperational design and costing of solutions.\nOperational improvements by using Operation Maturity Model, Performance Dialogue, Lean, Gemba and other improvement methodologies.\nBuild world-class Control Tower and lead team.\nClose collaboration and operational optimization with other SEA Transport organizations\nFull P&L responsibility for Transport business.\nDelivery of transformational, organic growth, winning significant additional new customers.\nManage all customer relations and ensuring highest satisfaction levels\nManage supplier/ asset management and contracts\nCompliance with all statutory and company policies on H&S, security, quality and environmental issues\nTeam performance & development through coaching, performance management, talent management and succession planning\nRequirements\nDegree in Logistics or Engineering or equivalent experience\nMin 10 yrs in operational role with P&L responsibilities\nRecord of delivering against targets\nKnowledge of overall Singapore logistics market, specifically in the transport sector\nCreditable senior leader with experience of in-house and sub-contracted transport operations\nExperience in both transport & network optimization as well as in warehouse processes\nProficient in TMS\nBusiness development track record in particular with large multinationals\nCommercial acumen and contractual negotiation skills\nExcellent Project Management Skills (DePICT)\nProven track record in supporting and managing complex change-management programs & projects\n\n
