General Manager, Mobility Finance & Partnerships
Location: Dunton Campus, Essex. 

Ford Credit Europe is looking for a senior leader to guide its financial services strategy in support of Ford’s electrification and mobility goals. This role places a strong focus on building and managing strategic partnerships across Europe, ensuring customers benefit from seamless and innovative finance solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in financial services or mobility, with a track record of managing complex partnerships.

Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions.

Experience in leading change, particularly in electrification or digital transformation.

Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Additional Information:

This role is based in Dunton, with an expectation of on-site presence around 4 days per week, depending on business needs.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships: Lead relationships with key European leasing and fleet management partners. Collaborate closely with external stakeholders to co-develop finance solutions that support Ford’s mobility and electrification strategy.Cross-Business Influence: Represent Ford Credit in high-profile forums across Ford Pro, Blue, and Model e, ensuring alignment and integration of finance offerings.Customer-Focused Delivery: Drive improvements in sales penetration, renewals, profitability, and customer experience.Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a diverse team, with a strong focus on compliance, customer duty, and long-term impact.
