Job Description SummaryThe General Manager, Patient Care Solution (PCS), will be a member of the International PCS team and Japan Leadership Team. (S)he , is responsible for development and implementation of the PCS segment strategy for market share gain & profitable franchise growth, driving Orders, profitable revenue growth and value creation through product & commercial strategies for Japan zone. This role will be partnering with the Commercial leaders, Product leaders, & LCT leaders to drive through Solutions and Enterprise mindset customer satisfaction and business profitable growth. (S)he will work closely with Region General Management, Zone Key/Executive account managers, Commercial, Marketing, Financing and GEHC International Segment Teams. (S)he will have solid background leading teams in Medtech business with clear understanding in care areas integrated solutions (emergency, surgical &critical care), clinical pathways and will build strong relationships with key customers at the strategic & clinical decision level.Job Description

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Business Management, Product Marketing/Development, or equivalent roles within the healthcare industry.At least 8 years of direct experience in the healthcare sector, with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.Proven track record in sales, product management, and/or marketing—experience in high-tech capital equipment is a strong asset.Experience managing matrix organizations, multi-cultural teams, and multi-market businesses.Leadership & Business Acumen
Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills, including strategic planning and business plan development.Strong financial acumen and organizational planning capabilities.Proven ability to drive and execute rigorous operating mechanisms in alignment with GE standards.Deep knowledge and domain expertise in the field of Emergency, Operative and Critical care (ECO). Knowledge of GE Healthcare’s product and service portfolio would be a plus.Strategic Thinking & Execution
