Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General Manager to lead our new corporate dining business in New York City at Hudson Yards. This position is ideal for a strong hospitality leader with a passion for excellence and a highly engaged approach to operations.
As General Manager, you’ll be a visible force on the floor—connecting with guests, guiding your team, and ensuring each service feels seamless and welcoming. You’ll also cultivate a trusted, collaborative relationship with our corporate client through consistent and professional communication. This Monday through Friday role provides a balanced schedule and a competitive benefits package. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $94,100 - $127,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or other food and beverage location with similar volume, capacity, and standard of serviceWine and bar knowledgeServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certificationsExperience working with and an understanding of P&Ls; able to monitor budgets and manage service and labor costsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights in addition to normal business hours, as neededExperience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, point-of-sale systems, and online or digital ordering systems No degree required
