Reporting to the Group Director, Components & Engine Services, the incumbent will serve as the Board Director and Company General Manager of HAECO Composite Services. In this dual capacity, he or she will lead a diverse team of 150 local and expatriate staff. The role carries full accountability for the company’s Profit & Loss performance and is responsible for driving business growth, strategy development and continuous improvement across operations in Jinjiang. In addition, the incumbent must ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Champion a safety-first culture by embedding safety at the core of all strategies, plans, and operational activities. Assume overall accountability for the company’s Profit and Loss performance. Develop and execute strategies and performance targets to drive sustainable business growth. Oversee the formulation and delivery of business strategy, annual reports, and budgets, ensuring alignment with targets and adherence to budgetary parameters. Lead and oversee business operations of HAECO Composite Services in both Jinjiang. Build strategic partnerships with leading composite Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Product Manufacturers (OPMs). Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers. Cultivate productive relationships with customers, shareholders, and internal teams. Lead the development of a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and lean operations. Ensure robust succession planning is in place for all critical leadership and technical roles. Provide strategic counsel and insights to the Board of Directors. Drive the implementation of Group-wide frameworks, policies, and initiatives

A recognized university degree is required; an engineering degree complemented by a qualification in business or finance is highly desirable. CAAC license is an advantage. Excellent command of English is required, and Chinese (Putonghua) is advantageous.
