General Maintenance Life Safety

Responsible for the maintenance of specific life safety equipment and processes ( Fire Safety, Fire Sprinklers, Emergency Lights, etc). Performs general maintenance as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems.

Role covers Hampton Roads (Norfolk/VB side) and Peninsula (Hampton/Williamsburg side) as needed.

EducationHigh School DiplomaCertification/LicensureVA or NC Drivers License in good standing

Experience1 year of related maintenance experienceFacilities experience preferredPrevious experience with Life Safety equipment (Sprinklers, Emergency Lights, Alarms, etc)Drivers license-- position travels as required to either side of the water for routine and emergency maintenance and inspection

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$19.47 - $32.45. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
