Job Description

The General Maintenance Helper supports facilities management functions at CMI’s customer located in Carville, LA. This full time role pays $18.44/hr.

Key Job Functions

Responsible for changing light bulbs and lint screensPerform Light landscaping, grass cutting, edging, weed eatingPerforms other minor tasks as permitted.Perform daily rounds to inspect air handlers, lights, door locks and interior and exterior of buildings perimeter fence.

QualificationsHigh school diplomaMust be able to lift 50 lbs, work in tight restricted spaces and work from a ladderAbility to withstand bending, squatting, walking, and prolonged standingSelf-starter with good initiative to get the job done with little to no direct supervision
