Responsibilities

Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. Clean coils and equipment. Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms/centers. Filter changes in air handlers, terminal devices and fan coils. Maintain/prepare job site/shop. Minor preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers and cooling towers.
