Interpret mixing formulas - Weighing, Mixing and blending of ingredients to recipe.Operates all the equipment associated with the job assigned to Responsible for following change over policy and requirements.Must follow “Good Manufacturing Practices” (GMP’s) and Critical Control Points (CCP’s).
