What you’ll be doing.

Responsible for following change over policy and requirements. Must follow “Good Manufacturing Practices” (GMP’s) and Critical Control Points (CCP’s). Follow JHA’s and work safely. Participate in STEP program (Behavioral safety observations) Responsible for the yearly completion of the Performance Excellence Program (PEP) training and evaluation. What you’ll need to be successful.

Ability to work well with plant supervision and production employees Must have good mathematical skills and complete production forms accurately and neatly Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
