General Labourer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated labourers to join our team, working on residential and commercial projects throughout the Fraser Valley. This role involves carrying materials, tearing off existing roofs, cleaning up debris, sweeping, passing shingles, and walking on pitched roofs. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Training will be provided to the right individuals.

Work Environment

Work primarily involves single-family projects located in Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Hope, and surrounding areas. Projects are mostly residential and commercial. The majority of work (90%) is in Hope, with 5% in Langley and 5% in Merritt, where LOA may be provided. Work is performed in various elements, with potential shutdowns during snowfall or frost conditions. Typical workday is 8 hours, starting at 7 am, with adjustments for summer and winter.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00/yr.
