**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to assist in replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while maintaining inventory. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, and involves working in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team to complete a certain number of swaps within a specific timeframe. Ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment while complying with company policies and procedures is essential. **Responsibilities** + Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric, maintaining inventory. + Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Work in a loud and fast-paced environment. + Collaborate with a team to complete a set number of swaps in a specific timeframe. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor, hand tools, and power tools. + Background in construction, production, or carpentry. + Experience in commercial construction and assembly. + Ability to build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units. + Comfortable with repetitive work including lifting, pulling, and pushing. + Ability to use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with various types of hand and power tools. + Capability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a simple work environment similar to Amazon's, where you can thrive in a structured and straightforward setting. **Work Environment** The role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that is often loud and can be chaotic.
