Ōnin Staffing is looking for reliable General Laborers/Machine Operator Helpers to join a fast-growing production team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the machines that create high-quality steel framing products used in construction projects across the country. What You'll Do as a General Laborer/Machine Operator Helper:

Assist Machine Operators: stage coil/stock, feed material, and help with setup/adjustmentsHandle Finished Products: catch, bundle, band, label, and stack on palletsPerform Quality Checks: measure lengths/squareness and report defectsMove Materials: operate equipment as neededPackage & Prep Orders: form boxes, print labels, seal, palletize, and prep for shipmentKeep It Safe & Clean: sweep, remove scrap, follow PPE and safety rulesComplete Paperwork: record production and packaging detailsTeamwork: assist with rework and other tasks as needed

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Warehouse, production, construction, or metal experience is a plusReliable, detail-focused, and safety-mindedWilling to learn and grow new skillsEnglish required; bilingual encouraged to apply (Nosotros hablamos español)Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry up to 50 lbs during shift
