What You'll Do as a Pallet Builders / Assemblers :

Gather materials for daily work orders.Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets.Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly.Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.Stack completed pallets.Cover, label, and band components or finished products, as needed.Perform all duties with safety in mind.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Prior manufacturing or assembly experience, or eager to learn new skillsAbility to work well both independently and as a team playerExperience using nail guns and other basic hand toolsComposite or steel-toe shoes (discounted purchasing options available)Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
