What you’ll be doing.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT YOU WORK WITH JALEPENO PEPPERS FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR SHIFT. Work may consist of removing seeds from peppers, placing peppers to be filled, quality control, etc. 

Experience working in manufacturing is preferred, food manufacturing strongly preferredAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formAbility to bend often and lift at least 50 pounds to various heightsCompetitive hourly rate PTO, company holidays, wellness daysPay for skills program/education reimbursement

Compensation Package: $22.12 USD hourly + bonus eligibility

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.

Shift Differential Pay: $2.00 USD hourly
