**General Laborer** **$22 per hour** **Job Description** As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively as a team to complete a certain number of swaps within a specified timeframe. Additionally, you must maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Replace old yellow fabric with new fabric while managing inventory. + Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Work in a loud, fast-paced environment. + Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within specified timeframes. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor, hand tools, and power tools. + Background in construction, production, or carpentry. + Ability to build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units. + Punctuality, reliability, and a safety-conscious attitude. + Physical capability for repetitive work involving lifting, pulling, pushing, and using tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience working with various hand and power tools. + Capability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Join a workplace that offers a simple and straight-forward environment akin to an Amazon setting.
