Job Description
Assist in the production of building precast homes, including tasks such as lifting materials up to 50 pounds, mixing and pouring concrete, tying rebar, bending materials for wall durability, installing and assembling windows per customer design, and moving materials around the facility.

This entry-level position offers numerous career development opportunities, including roles such as operator, forklift driver, lead man, yard worker, management, and driver. Work Environment
Work in an indoor/outdoor, non-climate-controlled facility where temperatures fluctuate depending on the weather, being hot during the summer and cold during the winter. The concrete facility is dusty.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Villages, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
