We’re hiring General Laborers and a Crew Lead to support site cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Your work will directly impact the progress and professionalism of a landmark construction effort.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Maintain a clean and hazard-free site through sweeping, trash removal, and general organizationOperate and maintain a slab scrubber to keep surfaces clean and safeBuild and install signage stands to support visibility and site safetyWash windows (interior and exterior), occasionally using a boom liftAssist with parking lot layout: move jersey barriers, run rope between cones, and support rework tasksCrew Lead will oversee daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and guide team performance

What You Bring to the Team

Experience in commercial construction or final clean projectsAbility to perform physical labor and operate basic equipmentValid driver’s licenseLeadership experience (required for Crew Lead role)

Work Environment

Steady 40-hour workweek: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMActive, hands-on work across both indoor and outdoor areas of a dynamic construction sitePay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
