We have an outstanding Contract position for a General Laborer to join a leading Company located in the Manassas, VA surrounding area.
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with a variety of manual labor tasks at our worksite. The ideal candidates will be physically capable, punctual, and willing to take on a range of responsibilities depending on the day's needs.
Responsibilities: Load and unload materials and equipmentClean and prepare job sites (e.g., removing debris, sweeping, etc.)Assist skilled tradespeople as neededMove tools, equipment, or other materials around the job siteFollow safety procedures and site rulesPerform basic construction or demolition tasks, depending on the assignmentOperate basic hand or power tools if required (training provided)
Basic Hiring Criteria:Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularlyComfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditionsReliable transportation to and from the job sitePrior labor or construction experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
