**Warehouse Associate – Dairy Manufacturing** Near Downtown Fort Worth Pay: $ 16.50/hour Start Date: 09/15 Shift: 3:00 PM start | Sundays & Wednesdays off **About the Role** We are seeking a **Warehouse Associate** to join a leading **Dairy Manufacturing facility** near Downtown Fort Worth. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and safety in a fast-paced production environment. **What You’ll Do** + Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and effectively + Monitor products to meet or exceed quality standards + Follow all warehouse policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements + Perform equipment checks, arrange repairs, and complete safety observations + Maintain a clean and orderly work area + Complete required documentation clearly and accurately + Participate in Total Process Control (TPC) activities to drive continuous improvement + Support plant goals in Safety, Quality, and Reliability **What We’re Looking For** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Basic math skills + Strong oral and written communication skills + Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance **Preferred Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED + Previous food manufacturing experience **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a team committed to safety, integrity, and quality.
