Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking 1st and 2nd shift Screen Print Operators to join their team. As a Screen Print Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Screen Print Operator **Location:** Sale Creek, TN **Pay Range: $15-16 per hour** **What's the Job?** + Assist in the setup and operation of screenprinting machinery. + Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. + Package and label finished products for shipment. + Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. **What's Needed?** + Entry level, no previous experience needed, learn on the job. + High school or GED. + Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move materials as required. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive pay rate of $15 - $16 per hour depending on shift, with weekly pay. + Working hours: 1st shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday or 2nd shift 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Thursday.
