The Job You Will Perform:
Follow all safety rules and practices Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, etc. Read factory orders Count and stack finished product Accurately read gauges and other test equipment Utilize math and data to make informed decisions Accurately complete quality and administrative documents Provide consistent quality and count inspection of a product Be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, etc. Adhere to shop rules and policies
The Skills You Will Bring:
1 year of manufacturing experience (2 years preferred) A Safety Above All Else Mindset Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Reliability, professionalism, and respect Ability to calculate, interpret, and process factory orders Following written and oral instructions High level of decision-making capabilities
