Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for Material Handler/Stackers to join their team in North Branch, MN. Material Handlers/Stacker jobs require candidates to load and unload product, assure that all production and shipping orders are filled timely, and work in a safe and efficient manner within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities for Material Stacker positions include but are not limited to: + Quality Control + Ensure products are coated with correct color. + Examine products coming off the line ensuring they are defect free and have adequate and even coatings. + Ensures that all line items have the proper quantities and notifies operator of any extras or shortages. + Packs items per specifications **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. + Able to follow through on tasks, problem solve, pay close attention to detail. + Plan and prioritize and complete a variety of orders within deadlines. + Work as a team player, understand the importance of supporting management and coworkers. + Ability to perform work independently and work under supervision. + Basic knowledge of MS Word **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THIS JOB** + Stand throughout shift + Push / pull 50 lbs. + Stoop/bend + Twist/turn + Reach above shoulders + Continual repetitive movements with back, shoulders, knees, elbows, wrists, ankles, feet and hands.
