This role supports overall operations by staging materials for production or shipping, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting various departments with general labor tasks to ensure an efficient and safe work environment. Responsibilities:Move and organize materials and finished goods as directedAssist with loading and unloading deliveriesLabel and sort products according to company standardsSupport production teams by staging supplies and materialsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areasOperate hand trucks, carts, and other material-handling equipmentFollow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediatelyAssist in packing, assembly, or basic production tasks as neededWork as part of a team to meet daily operational goalsPerform other general labor duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Eligible to legally work in the United StatesHigh School diploma or equivalent educationAttendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.Safety – Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.Good attention to detailAble to work accurately from verbal and written instructionsBenefits and Perks: $14.00 Health, Dental, Vision & 401K Weekly pay Your New Organization:Play a critical role in our client’s company when you become a Production Technician. A Production Technician universally encompasses all the roles involved in the actual production or processing of OSB.  Assignment to a specific portion of the production process is normal, to allow for employees to grow.
