Temp-to-Hire position$15.50 to $16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all departments in our fiberglass manufacturing facility.
This is a great opportunity to get started in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment with room to grow and develop new skills.
Job Areas Include:
Machine operationMaterial handling and stagingProduct assembly and installation prepFinal finish and quality controlResin/chop application processesGeneral production support and cross-trainingSchedules based on departments, and may include one of the following shifts:
Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pmMonday - Thursday 6am-4:30pmMonday-Thursday 5am-5pm Fridays 5am-3:30pmGeneral Labor Qualifications:
Operate machinery and tools in accordance with safety and quality standardsHandle raw materials and finished products, including lifting up to 50 lbsFollow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasksRead blueprints and use tape measures (for certain positions)Perform accurate measurements and basic math calculationsWork in areas that may involve high heat and direct contact with fiberglass materialsBe open to cross-training and rotate between departments as neededApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
