Job Description

Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable General Laborers for factory and warehouse positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, keeping the production line running smoothly, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:Perform a variety of tasks including packing, sorting, loading, and unloading materialsOperate basic machinery or assist machine operatorsInspect products for defects and report quality issuesKeep work area clean and organizedFollow all safety procedures and company policiesLift and move products up to 50 lbs as neededAssist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasksPerform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisor


Work Experience
Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasksBasic understanding of safety protocolsReliable transportation and strong attendance recordWillingness to work flexible hours and overtime as neededHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
