🦷 Lead, mentor, and oversee a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure top-tier patient care.
🦷 Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions with precision and expertise.
🦷 Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance.
🦷 Deliver exceptional, patient-centered dental care with a compassionate and professional approach.
🦷 Perform a variety of dental procedures, including preventive care, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, restorative treatments, prosthodontics (removable and fixed), endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
🦷 Facilitate in-house training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
🦷 Participate in the on-call emergency dental response system to provide urgent patient care when needed.
🦷 Take on additional responsibilities as directed by Dental Leadership to sup port the overall success of the practice.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry.
Licensed as a Registered Dentist by the State of practice.
Possession of current DEA and BNDD licenses.
Maintain current CPR certification.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states if needed.
Comfortable providing telehealth services as required.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of diagnosing and treating dental and oral diseases.
Proficiency in oral operative techniques and preventative dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
Supervisory Requirements:
Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation.
Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department.
Monitor, identify, develop, and execute strategic objectives.
Effectively communicate changes and updates within the department or company.
Handle personnel matters with discretion and collaborate with Human Resources as needed.
Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
Promote teamwork and solicit input from team members at all levels.
