Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks an experienced corporate lawyer for its in-house General Counsel position. This role serves as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical initiatives, as well as overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.  This individual will provide sound legal advice, proactively manage risk, and support the company’s business objectives with integrity and professionalism.
