Compensation: $24.44 - $24.44/hour

Tessera is seeking a reliable and committed General Clerk III with a professional attitude. This position processes clothing records by entering, updating, selecting, and printing information from the Installation Support Module (ISM). They are accountable for providing efficient and effective customer service, ensuring standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
+ Adjustment Document Processing: Write data, including numbers, into logbook. Sequence document numbers. Match documents with clothing records by social security number. File into filing cabinets in chronological order. Processes cash collection and statement of charges documentation processing.
+ Process clothing records: Enter computer system and update clothing records. Select records to be printed. Print records.
+ Reception: Greet customers, answer phones, write down messages, and answer routine questions.
+ Pull Records: Receive record requests and locate file from file cabinet. Transport records by walking up to 500 feet round trip.
+ Make copies: Copy memos, cash transaction paperwork and other documents throughout the day.
+ Filing: Write names on labels and attach to files. Alphabetize. File in filing cabinet by alphabetical order.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
+ Good customer service skills required.
+ Ability to organize numbers and letters; have good attention to detail.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Must be flexible and can prioritize duties.
+ Must have excellent communication skills.
+ Experience with ISM; Experience with issue/turn-in of OCIE preferred and at least one-year experience working with computers.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.
+ Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
+ May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
+ Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
+ Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
