About the department
You will be part of the Business Support Department's Administration Team at our Koriyama Factory in Japan. The Koriyama Factory is a hub of innovation and collaboration, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to supporting the factory's operations by delivering top-notch administrative services, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for employees and visitors alike. The position
As a General Administration Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements while acting as a liaison between departments to facilitate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment. Organize onboarding activities for new employees, which include preparing access cards, workspace arrangements, and introductory meetings. Plan and execute events, workshops, and meetings, handling all aspects such as venue booking, catering, technical setup, and providing professional administrative support through report and presentation preparation. Assist with annual business processes encompassing budget planning and HR activities, while also supporting site security and waste management tasks, including access control and emergency procedures. Engage in various ad-hoc duties as directed by the General Administration Manager to ensure smooth operations of the organization.

 

Qualifications

Junior College degree or above. 2+ years of working experience in business administration or relevant field. Proficiency in calendar management, travel organization, event coordination. and script writing Familiarity with IT-systems and SharePoint management.  English and Japanse language skills required.
