General Administration Intern
Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to support our General Administration team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate administrative processes within a dynamic and international environment.

Job Responsibilities

Review and follow up on travel expenses, reimbursements, and expense reports.

Track open tickets related to company vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fleet reports.

Assist in the issuance of corporate credit cards and monitor credit limits.

Coordinate monthly events and team activities.

Support logistics and arrangements for national and international visits.

Communicate with department heads and SSC directors regarding various administrative tasks.

Provide support in managing office services such as cleaning, pantry supplies, and maintenance within the Finance area.

Follow up on legal document reviews in coordination with the Legal team.

Maintain control of both digital and physical archives for documents signed by the legal representative.

Request and coordinate courier shipping labels for document delivery

Background & Skills

Active student in Business Administration, International Relations, Finance, or related fields.

At least one year remaining before graduation.

Advanced English level (spoken and written) – ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and international visitors.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
