This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate administrative processes within a dynamic and international environment. **Job Responsibilities** + Review and follow up on travel expenses, reimbursements, and expense reports. + Track open tickets related to company vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fleet reports. + Assist in the issuance of corporate credit cards and monitor credit limits. + Coordinate monthly events and team activities. + Support logistics and arrangements for national and international visits. + Communicate with department heads and SSC directors regarding various administrative tasks. + Provide support in managing office services such as cleaning, pantry supplies, and maintenance within the Finance area. + Follow up on legal document reviews in coordination with the Legal team. + Maintain control of both digital and physical archives for documents signed by the legal representative. + Request and coordinate courier shipping labels for document delivery **Background & Skills** + Active student in Business Administration, International Relations, Finance, or related fields. + **At least one year remaining before graduation.** + **Advanced English level (spoken and written)** – ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and international visitors. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
