Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **WHAT YOU WILL** **EXPERIENCE** **IN THIS POSITION** **:** + Maintain and analyze general ledgers for assigned areas and entities; + Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closings for assigned areas and entities; + Prepare and post monthly journal entries and adjustments, including supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions; + Prepare VAT return, Intrastat and other statistical returns for assigned areas and entities; + Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations; + Maintain local GAAP adjustments; + Monitor, review and update Sox internal controls for assigned areas and entities. **YOU HAVE:** + University Degree specializing in Finance/Accounting + Previous experience in accounting across General Ledger processes + Experience in ERP (Infor M3 will be a plus) + Experience in an international company will be a plus + In-depth accounting knowledge; + MS Office (advanced excel skills); + Medium English; + Proactive behavior; + Ability to communicate confidently, with clarity both downwards and upwards and with stakeholders in country and internationally; + Process improvement oriented; + Excellent communication skills; + Organizational, time-management, decision-making skills; + Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
